Training and Implementation

It's a big decision to change pay management programs. That's why each provider has an assigned Implementation Consultant from Resource Systems that works to ensure that the implementation process goes as smoothly as possible.

Over the course of several months, we help make every customer successful:

Pre-training: Starting very early in the process, we work with the payroll and HR specialists to configure the time and attendance service so that it automatically calculates hours they way it needs to. This way, when the implementation consultant shows up onsite he or she can focus on the most important thing: training.

Onsite Training: An implementation consultant spends one day onsite with every customer. A structured and organized training schedule is provided in advance to help the organization's project leader plan and schedule appropriately.

Post-Training Follow-up: After training, the rules engine is tested to make sure it is calculating correctly. Also, customers work towards their go-live date and make sure all employees are trained. Scheduled checkpoints take place throughout the first month to ensure the organization is on track to accomplish their goals.
