Day Hab
Individuals goals are documented throughout the day using wall-mounted touch screens and portable computers. Staff members record behaviors, attendance, activities, events, money management, production, Meds, and whatever is pertinent to that individual. CareTracker uses a very unique and refreshing, easy-to-learn approach. Buttons light up on the touch screen so staff members know what to perform (and document) throughout the day. When done, the button turns gray. Everyone including managers can see at any time what remains to be done. Documentation compliance improves dramatically and along with it, accuracy. Many reports are available including compliance reports, month-end summaries, alerts, chart reports, incident data reports, and many others. Data can be exported to Excel so you can manipulate and analyze data through your own graphs and reports.  |
Use CareTracker for Production Tracking CareTracker works great for tracking production. Simply set up a series of questions for each production ‘line’. The yellow buttons can prompt the supervisors to record production numbers at various times throughout the day. Then, let CareTracker export the data to your payroll system. CareTracker allows you to track whatever you’d like. Don’t allow yourself to limit your thinking. |
