Application Support Analyst
Apply For This Position

An Application Support Analyst provides front-line application level support and trains customers on our software application. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows products. In order to qualify, a candidate must have good communication skills, and an attitude of sensitivity and caring for customers. Customer Service or Training experience is considered a plus; a four year degree is required. Primary responsibilities include providing on-going customer support over the phone and web, occasional travel to facilities (nationwide) to provide two-day training sessions for users of our software products, leading web-based training sessions, assist with the development of QA and training materials, and making follow-up courtesy calls to customers.


Technical Support Technician

Technical support consultant resolves technical questions from customers by phone. Successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows products, troubleshooting software applications, Internet and networking knowledge. In order to qualify, a candidate must have good communication skills, excellent problem solving skills, and an attitude of sensitivity and caring for customer support.


Software Training Consultant

Software Training Consultant trains customers on our software application. Successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows products, Internet, and a desire to work closely with customers.

Primary responsibilities include traveling to facilities (nationwide) to provide two-day training sessions for users of our software products, provide classroom training sessions at Resource Systems’ corporate offices, assist with the development of new training materials, and make follow-up courtesy calls to customers.
