With CareTracker caregivers document residents’ goals throughout the shift using wall-mounted touch screens. Caregivers are guided through their shift in a very easy to learn format. Month-end summaries and other reports can be generated in minutes instead of hours.

The process is very simple:

  • Individual plans are entered into CareTracker
  • Caregivers document using the wall-mounted touch screens throughout their shift.
  • Q’s and managers retrieve information, summaries, alerts, and other needed information from their workstations
CareTracker guides staff through the shift. Buttons light up on the touch screen so caregivers know what to perform (and document) throughout the shift. When done, the button turns gray. Everyone including managers can see at any time what remains to be done yet during the shift. Facilities’ documentation compliance improves dramatically and along with it, the accuracy of the information.

Many reports are available including compliance reports, month-end summaries, alerts, chart reports, incident data reports, and many others.

Data can be exported to Excel so you can manipulate and analyze data through your own graphs and reports.
