Supporting The MDS

Using paper systems, documentation is usually only about 70% complete. CareTracker’s unique way of guiding caregivers through their shift helps most facilities sustain compliance in the 98% (or higher) range. As a result MDS’s are much more accurate, reimbursement reflects actual care, and surveys go much smoother.

Reports that are used for completing the MDS include:

    Section G: ADLs
    Section E: Mood and Behavior
    Section P: Restorative
    Section T: Therapy
    Section N1: Time Awake
    Section H1: Bowel and Bladder

Many facilities use CareTracker for many MDS sections.
